Describe the bug

When running tns resources generate <icons | splashes> I seem to need a stub/dummy version of the resource already in the AppResources folder. But this is only true for my Android build. That is, I need to not only have all the *drawable_dpi folders but they all have ta have a file called icon.png if runing icons and one called logo.png if running splashes. If the file is there it will overwrite it with the new value, if the file is not there it does nothing. Shouldn't it create the file? I have a script that copies over a template App_Resources file and then runs these commands. It would be nice to not have to include dummy versions of all these files in my template directory.

To Reproduce
Run tns resources generate icons <icon.png> on an empty App_Resources/Android directory.

Expected behavior

Auto-creation of directories and files.
