Describe the bug
When you uninstall an app from a device and make a change, you will see that last hot update is missing and the app will install its initial state.

To Reproduce

1. tns create app --js
2. tns run android
3. make changes and already works properly
4. uninstall app from device
5. make a change and you will see initial state of an app will be installed

Expected behavior
should work correctly

Reproduziere das Problem mit tns create app --js und tns run android und vergleiche anschließend das Verhalten des Hot-Updates vor und nach der Deinstallation der App und einer weiteren Änderung. Als abgeschlossen gilt es, wenn nach der Neuinstallation der App der geänderte Zustand statt des ursprünglichen Zustands installiert wird.
