When use YARN, application with webpack doesn't build

Environment
Provide version numbers for the following components (information can be retrieved by running tns info in your project folder or by inspecting the package.json of the project):

• CLI: next
• Cross-platform modules: next
• Android Runtime: next
• iOS Runtime: next
• Plugin(s): nativescript-dev-webpack - next("^0.19.1-next-2019-01-04-114028-05")

Describe the bug
This bug happens only when you use YARN.
When I update webpack and the application couldn't build. The error is: no such file or directory, lstat '/Users/mivanova/Projects/nativescript-cli-tests/TestApp/node_modules/nativescript-dev-webpack/node_modules/schema-utils/package.json

To Reproduce

1. tns create app -- template tns-template-hello-world-ng
2. npm i nativescript-dev-webpack@next --save-dev
3. run update-ns-webpack --deps --configs from /node_modules/.bin
4. tns platform add android@next
5. tns run android --device emulator-5554 --bundle
   you will see error
