[LiveSync] UI don't updates during LiveSync if app was suspended

Environment
✔ Component nativescript has 5.0.0 version and is up to date.
✔ Component tns-core-modules has 5.0.2 version and is up to date.
✔ Component tns-android has 5.0.0 version and is up to date.
✔ Component tns-ios has 5.0.0 version and is up to date.
To Reproduce
- Change XML or CSS file (for example,
backgroundColorof any element) - Turn off screen
- Save XML or CSS file to run LiveSync process
- Turn on screen
You will see not updated UI.
In NS4 it worked. But after upgrading to NS5 it don't work.
Additional context
Tested on Android only.
