Getting error "PubNub call failed, check status for details"

Environment

Describe the bug
After running command tns preview --bundle and scanning the QR code from playground , the application is not loading. Getting below error in command prompt

To Reproduce

1. Run tns preview --bundle
2. Scan QR code from playground app
3. app is not loading in mobile and getting above error on cmd

首先使用 tns preview --bundle 重現故障，並在 Playground 應用程式中掃描其 QR 碼。追蹤命令輸出中顯示的 PubNub 逾時，並判斷 preview 應用程式無法載入的原因；當 preview 成功完成且沒有 PubNub 錯誤時，即表示完成。
