Research direction
Start with camera_viz and reproduce the issue using config/synthetic_xr_3up.yaml during a teleop session. Trace how the head placement mode is handled and compare it with visible placement modes. Done means the head tracking display is visible and remains at a constant relative position and orientation to the headset.
