Description

Hello,

we are building a commercial on-premise robotics application on top of isaac_ros_pose_estimation (FoundationPose), which your repository licenses under Apache-2.0 (LICENSE file, package.xml manifests, SPDX headers), together with the NGC FoundationPose models (Deep Learning Models License Agreement, commercial use permitted).

The directory gxf_isaac_foundationpose/gxf/foundationpose/nvdiffrast/common/ contains nvdiffrast source files that still carry the original proprietary NVIDIA header ("Any use … without an express license agreement from NVIDIA CORPORATION is strictly prohibited"), while the standalone NVlabs/nvdiffrast project is licensed non-commercially (1-Way Commercial).

Could you please confirm that these vendored copies, as published in the Apache-2.0 repository, are licensed to users under the repository's Apache-2.0 terms (i.e., the retained per-file headers are a housekeeping leftover and do not restrict use of the repository as licensed)?

This confirmation would be archived for our compliance records. Thank you.
