Description

Hi,
I have recently discovered Isaac-ROS and I am loving all its features! For my university project, we would like to use Isaac ROS on our Drone but for the past week, I have been struggling to setup MAVROS with ROS2 Humble in the Ubuntu 20.04 docker environment. Is it possible that the adapting of ROS2 Humble for Ubuntu 20.04 in the docker container prevents the setup of other packages such as MAVROS? Is there a way around this? I am not very familiar with building ROS from source and installing different packages on it so any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Research direction

Start by reproducing the MAVROS setup in the Ubuntu 20.04 Docker environment with ROS2 Humble, then compare the requirements in the linked MAVROS ROS2 branch. Done would require a confirmed compatibility result and documented workaround or a clearly scoped change request.
