Before we merge this, let's talk about the philosophy behind our plugin arguments. I'm sure there is something I'm forgetting but, at the moment, I'm leaning towards making `preformatted_title_str` just be either `title_str`or `title`. We'd just set it to the default if unset or, maybe, not have a default as mentioned in my previous comment. Open
