Create draggable sidebar for the visualise view

@emekauja is already working on this.

- branch from feature/40
- this component will get what has been marked as plottable from the redux store (yet not available), for now you can use some mock data in the form , if you would like you can add these data to the redux store in the reducer when the state gets created or put them directly in the component, whatever it is easier for you.

- parents are NOT draggable (drag one by one).
- make the children draggable
- implement the search
- a parent stay in the search results only when it has at least one child to display
- put more content than the sidebar can handle at once vertically, so we can see how the scroller works.
- style the component.
