Docker build failed

hellow~，I tried to use the code of the master branch to build the docker image, but it failed. I tried the code of 1.0.0 again and got the same error. Can anyone help me?
OS: Ubuntu 20.04

Start with Dockerfile line 50 and utilities/install.py, especially the execute call at line 38 and the yarn install invocation at line 206. Reproduce the build with the reported Ubuntu and Docker versions, then determine why yarn is unavailable and verify that the Docker image builds successfully.
