Dynamic configuration & creation of multiple plots of the same type

Currently, we have a predefined list of plot types and for each plot type we display exactly one plot.

The plot is configured in a configuration tab once before the model is simulated.

Idea is to move towards a more dynamic way of configuring and plotting data.

Netpyne-UI should allow users to

• Configure more than one plot per type (e.g. three different raster plots of different cells and time resolution)
• Configure & create after simulation completed, this allows to explore the underlying data

首先梳理 NetPyNE-UI 中现有的配置选项卡、预定义的绘图类型列表和绘图入口。检查模拟数据如何转换为绘图，以及绘图设置如何存储。完成标准应包括能够创建同一类型的多个绘图，并能够在模拟完成后配置和创建绘图，同时提供相应的测试或有文档记录的验证。
