Description
This should include all commonly used public datasets (MIMIC-III, MIMIC-IV*, eICU, AUMCdb) for now. Dataset metadata should also be better tracked, and READMEs updated.
* MIMIC-IV is already added, but we need to better curate its metadata.

Start by locating how included datasets and their metadata are represented, then review the existing MIMIC-IV entry and its README. Compare the current collection with MIMIC-III, eICU, and AUMCdb, and update the dataset metadata and READMEs so the intended public and private datasets are consistently documented and curated.
