Description
There is currently no way to disable the "autofocus" behavior of the DialogHost.
This is conflicting with our own autofocusing efforts.
Please considering adding the ability to disable the dialogHost.FocusPopup(); call inside IsOpenPropertyChangedCallback when opening the a dialog.

Research direction
Start in MaterialDesignThemes.Wpf/DialogHost.cs at the IsOpenPropertyChangedCallback around line 331, where dialogHost.FocusPopup() is called. Trace how DialogHost properties are declared and how opening behavior is tested elsewhere in the project. Done means callers can disable this autofocus behavior while existing dialogs retain their current default behavior.
