ItemsPresenter inside DataGrid Template ignore IsHitVisible="False" and allways shows selection rectange on first item

Release 4.0.0.2422 works well when setting IsHitVisible="False" for ItemsPresenter inside the DataGrid ControlTemplate, see below:

    <ScrollViewer x:Name="DG_ScrollViewer" Focusable="False">
      <ScrollViewer.Template>
        ....
      </ScrollViewer.Template>
     <!-- This is the part which is not working now! -->
     <ItemsPresenter SnapsToDevicePixels="{TemplateBinding SnapsToDevicePixels}" IsHitTestVisible="False"  />
    </ScrollViewer>
  </Border>
</ControlTemplate>

Current public release 4.1.0.2556 don't work as expected with this XAML code and ignore the IsHitVisible value.

使用在 ItemsPresenter 上设置 IsHitTestVisible="False" 的所提供 DataGrid ControlTemplate，针对版本 4.0.0.2422 和 4.1.0.2556 进行复现。首先跟踪 DataGrid 和 ItemsPresenter 的命中测试与选择渲染，然后验证禁用命中测试后，第一个项的选择矩形不再出现。
