Description
I'm trying to change the size of my ComboBox border in the TextBox, I just set a BorderThickness value and it will be applied in the normal TextBox, IsMouseOver and IsPressed in the TextBox.
In the ComboBox this does not apply, when defining a BorderThickness it only applies only in the normal ComboBox, IsMouseOver and IsPressed are of the standard size.

Research direction
Start from the MaterialDesignOutlinedComboBox style and inspect how BorderThickness is applied in the normal, IsMouseOver, and IsPressed states. Done means the BorderThickness set on the ComboBox is respected consistently across all three states.
