Support new teradata driver natively

I just wanted to query a teradata database during a test, and I saw that the Database Library would be useful, though when trying it out I noticed that I need teradata module.

From the documentation it looks like the package I need is https://github.com/teradata/PyTd. Unfortunately that repo has not been touched in 4 years and it has a depreciation notice pointing me to use https://github.com/Teradata/python-driver instead, but that package is called teradatasql and doesn't look like Database Library recognizes it.

What is the proper way to talk to teradata?
