"Smart" query route (/query) - MAPCO-4638

As part of the agreed architecture, We would like to add a /query route which will enable users, instead of querying specific route to get their data, to be able to query one "smart" route which will give them their wanted result. At first, we need to create a route which based on regexes, this route will "proxy" to the right desired route. For example, if user sent "tile ...", the route will proxy it to /tile route.

首先定位现有的路由定义以及 /tile 和其他特定路由的处理程序。定义 /query 基于 regex 的匹配行为，验证匹配的请求会被代理到预期的路由，并为具有代表性的查询模式和未匹配的请求添加覆盖测试。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
