Ok so I just setup a RDS on AWS and can connect to it through my python code in my WINDOWS setup. When I setup a EC2 in AWS and literally copy pasted the code it would give me a timeouterror and I have no clue why. I have permitted trafic on all ports

Research direction
Start at the asyncpg.create_pool call and reproduce the timeout with Python 3.10 on Ubuntu 20.04 connecting to the reported PostgreSQL 14.2 RDS instance from EC2. Capture the full traceback and compare the environment with the working Windows setup; done means the cause is isolated and documented or a narrowly scoped fix is identified.
