Research direction

Start by reproducing the missing highlighting in Sublime Text 3 with Python 2 code containing `xrange`. Then inspect the Python syntax-highlighting rules and existing tests, if present, to determine whether `xrange` should be covered. Done means the intended behavior is established and verified in the relevant editor.
