Description

Earl said that LEDs no longer need CANifiers in order to control them, so looking at 4265's code and seeing how they control LEDs would be helpful. There was also LED code on M13 and M14 (I think) that might be able to be reused, but I'm not sure.

In 4265's code, there's a StateLED.vi and OutputLED.vi that I think looks pretty useful (https://github.com/secret-city-wildbots/2021-Summer-Rogue)
