Actual Behaviour

It seems that appears in several languages; portuguese, english, (chinese?, and that's the cause of the estrange symbols).

By the way I can offer myself to translate it into Spanish.

Research direction

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing hover output for Lua keywords on Linux and compare the displayed Portuguese, English, and possibly Chinese text with the attached image; then trace the hover response and its language or encoding handling. Done means the affected characters render correctly, with a regression check if the project has a suitable test location.
