`@param` fails to include multiline description

Attributes should be correctly parsed when they wrap over multiple lines.

Actual Behaviour

In VSCode:

Surely it should be possible to write more than a single line of description for a parameter (and other tags).

Reproduce the behavior in the VSCode extension using the Lua snippets in the report, then trace the annotation parsing path for multiline @param descriptions. Done means wrapped text, paragraph breaks, and the shown code example are retained correctly. The report names no source file or test, so locating the parser and existing annotation tests is part of the work.
