Packing multiple returns into a table only shows first return value

Reproduce the issue in the Visual Studio Code extension using the supplied Lua function and table-construction snippet, then trace the type-checking path for packed multiple returns. Done means the inferred table reports string at index 1, number at index 2, and table at index 3 instead of only the first return value.
