Description
It seems the linux arm package has not been available since 3.7.4. Is this intentional? I personally don't use it, I use macos. But it seems like the missing linux arm package may be causing an issue for mason updates.

Research direction
No source file or test is identified. Start by reviewing the release process and comparing Linux ARM artifacts with releases before and after 3.7.4, then check the linked mason-registry discussion. Done means either restoring a verified Linux ARM package in releases or documenting why it is intentionally absent.
