### How are you using the lua-language-server?

Visual Studio Code Extension (sumneko.lua)

### Which OS are you using?

Windows

### What is the issue affecting?

Diagnostics/Syntax Checking

### Expected Behaviour

Run diagnostic for all files in workspace

### Actual Behaviour

After 2.6.0 only opened files in tab or files added as a library are diagnosed

### Reproduction steps

1. Install version 2.6.0
2. Open workspace
3. Diagnosting workspace task runs automatically
4. Update to any newer version
5. Open workspace
6. nothing happened and only opened files are diagnosed
