从 issue 中的 Lua 复现开始，并通过 Visual Studio Code 扩展运行它，以确认将整数值传递给 int64 参数时的 param-type-mismatch 诊断。跟踪负责类类型和原始数值类型的诊断与类型检查入口点。当报告的有效调用不产生警告，而不兼容的赋值仍然会被诊断时，即表示完成。
