feature request: able to ignore select code actions

Hi, I don't find this code action that useful, as I don't want to change parameters too often. However, other code actions can be more useful, but I'm often distracted by the above code action being on almost every line that I can miss noticing that there are other code actions available.

It would be great if code actions could be disabled. I looked through the settings and this doesn't seem to be configurable
