Description

This should not be valid

---@param ... ImGuiWindowFlags Flags to xor
---@return ImGuiWindowFlags
function bit32.bor(...) end

local parsesAsValid= bit32.bor(ImGuiStyleVar.FramePadding)

I get the feeling the enum gets parsed as its inner type (which is integer/number), and since both types have that it thinks its valid.

Research direction

Reproduce the Lua snippet from the issue and trace how enum types are checked against parameter and return annotations, especially whether their underlying numeric types are accepted interchangeably. Done means the shown call is rejected while valid enum usage remains accepted, with regression coverage for the behavior.
