luafilesystem broken

I installed the luafilesystem addon, but no completion came even in files with `require "lfs"`. I tried reinstalling it and playing with the `words` in config.json but nothing helped.

I do notice every time I open the addon manager, there's a brief moment where luafilesystem is not shown as installed.

复现包含 `require "lfs"` 的文件中缺失的补全，并观察打开 addon manager 时的情况。检查报告中提到的 addon 状态和 `words` 配置；当 luafilesystem 仍显示为已安装且补全可用时，即表示完成。
