Description

It would be great if this package supported `generateKey`:

```
crypto.subtle.generateKey(
{
name: "RSA-PSS",
hash: "SHA-256",
modulusLength: 4096,
publicExponent: new Uint8Array([1, 0, 1]),
},
true,
["sign", "verify"],
);
```

Research direction

Start at the package's WebCrypto entry point for crypto.subtle.generateKey and compare the requested RSA-PSS example with the APIs already supported. Determine the native implementation and tests involved, then verify that the example completes successfully and produces usable signing and verification keys.
