Description
Hi Philipp,
How do I run these scripts on Linux? The Web-application is not working. Uploading data at http://pinapl-py.ucsd.edu is very slow, and the file cannot be uploaded successfully. Could you please provide a tutorial? I really hope to use your analysis method.
Best Wishes,
Geng

Research direction
The issue names no repository files, tests, or entry points; begin by reviewing the scripts and the web application behind http://pinapl-py.ucsd.edu, then reproduce the Linux setup and slow upload failure. Done means a tutorial explains how to run the scripts on Linux and addresses the reported upload problem.
