BUG: Http default clientId error

the default should be http1.1

Start at src/targets/http/target.ts line 9, linked in the issue, and inspect how the default clientId is assigned. Confirm the expected HTTP client identifier from the surrounding target definitions, update the default to http1.1, and verify that generated HTTP snippets use that value.
