Feature: Support Events API

Hello !

I'm working on a project requiring **GitHub Events API**:
https://developer.github.com/v3/activity/events/

Is this a feature that can be included in the scope of this package ?

There is currently the Issue Events API implemented but not the rest.

I'm ready to work on this if needed but I will need some clue on where to start.

Identify the package entry points and tests covering Issue Events, then determine the event resources that are missing. Done means the requested Events API coverage is implemented consistently with the existing API and verified by tests.
