Support user received/performed private events

Is there any support for:
https://developer.github.com/v3/activity/events/#list-events-that-a-user-has-received
https://developer.github.com/v3/activity/events/#list-events-performed-by-a-user

I could not find any methods for this.
If there is not will it be soon?
If I start doing it do I have any chance of it to be merged as soon as it is done?

Start with the two linked GitHub API endpoint specifications and locate the client’s existing user and event entry points. Compare their conventions for requests, tests, and documentation, then add support for listing events received by a user and events performed by a user. Done means both endpoints are exposed consistently and covered by the project’s existing verification approach.
