ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement vtk>=9.1.0, No matching distribution found for vtk>=9.1.0 on Docker

I'm installing Trame and VTK on a docker image, but I get the following error:

the content of my requirements.txt file is:

the content of my Dockerfile is:

I get the same error when trying to install it(requirements) on a python virtual environment

Start with the Dockerfile and requirements.txt shown in the issue, then reproduce the pip install failure in the listed Python 3.9 Alpine environment and a virtual environment. Check whether the requested packages have compatible distributions for that platform; done means the documented installation completes successfully or the incompatibility is clearly documented.
