"Multithreading with Vulkan" chapter is missing part of source code

At https://docs.vulkan.org/tutorial/latest/17_Multithreading.html#_worker_thread_implementation code block beginning is missing compared to https://github.com/KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Tutorial/blob/main/en/17_Multithreading.adoc#worker-thread-implementation.

It is replaced by some random combobox, syntax highlighting is also broken here.

Compare the rendered Multithreading chapter with en/17_Multithreading.adoc, starting at the “Worker Thread Implementation” section. Check the source and documentation rendering around the missing code block and syntax highlighting. Done means the complete code appears at the linked heading without the stray combobox and renders with correct highlighting.
