Updating DataSet using Python

Hi,
How can I update a dataset with python so anyway I can upload the new dataset files? This will help if someone needs to update a dataset daily they can host a website and they can automate the server scraping and uploading it to Kaggle.
I don't think this exists if it does I am really sorry.
