Auto restart kaggle server after install dependencies

i don't really know where to put this issue, but when i save and run a kaggle notebook , many of them fail after installing dependencies because , the kernel needs to be restarted after the dependency installation.

but in actuality , this doesn't happen. the kernel keeps running after that.

idk why the restart isn't done by default when all dependencies are put in install dependencies tab.
