Connection Timeout issues

Sometimes I am suffering from a Connection Timeout error when using InstallFast on specific modules:

I usually try again and it works though - but I wouldn't want to risk this kind of failure in a CI pipeline. Any idea what might be causing this? I don't have the same issue with the standard `Install-Module`. Are there any settings which might help me?

No source file or test is identified in the issue. Start by reproducing an InstallFast install against pwsh.gallery:443 and compare it with standard Install-Module, then trace the connection and timeout handling used by the affected module path. Done means the intermittent timeout is explained and a reliable CI-safe behavior or documented setting is covered by a regression test.
