I marked some tests as broken on MacOS ARM systems. Concretely, some tests are marked as `@test_broken`/`@test_skip` in
- `test/ifelsemasks.jl`
- `test/shuffleloadstores.jl`
in https://github.com/JuliaSIMD/LoopVectorization.jl/pull/563 and others are marked similarly in
- `test/staticsize.jl`
in https://github.com/JuliaSIMD/LoopVectorization.jl/pull/562. It would be good to find out the root causes and fix them.

Start with the tests marked @test_broken or @test_skip in test/ifelsemasks.jl, test/shuffleloadstores.jl, and test/staticsize.jl, then review pull requests 563 and 562. Reproduce the failures on a macOS ARM system and trace each failure to its root cause. Done means the affected tests work correctly without the temporary broken or skipped markings.
