**Affects:** PythonCall / JuliaCall

**Describe the bug**
Interrupting during python execution is not working properly (not even on one thread).
Keeping ctrl+c pressed interrupts the execution, but the next python call segfaults julia.
This applies to both, PythonCall and PyCall.
