Incorrect Julia version for Apple silicon

**Describe the bug**
I running [Pysr](https://github.com/MilesCranmer/PySR) on Macbook Air M2, during first time import.
Programm automatically select julialang for x64 version instead of aarch64.

**Your system**
- The operating system: Sonoma 14.3.1
- The version of Julia: 1.10

Reproduce the first-time import on a MacBook Air M2 running Sonoma 14.3.1 with Julia 1.10, using the PythonCall/JuliaCall path described in the issue. Trace how the Julia version and architecture are selected during import; done means Apple silicon selects the aarch64 Julia version instead of x64.
