Trouble with runing an app which uses PythonCall

Hello!
I've an error when i'm trying to run an created app which uses PythonCall.

To create an app run file **deploy/compile_app.sh** .
Tests and building proccess run correctly but when I'm runing `PythonCall_tst.exe` in cmd, an error occurs:

Start with the linked MWE repository and run deploy/compile_app.sh on Windows 10, then launch PythonCall_tst.exe to reproduce the failure. Read the reported PythonCall and CondaPkg initialization stack trace; done means the compiled application starts without the fatal no-environment-in-LOAD_PATH error.
