Proplot

Not sure this should be an issue here, but here we go.

[Proplot](https://github.com/lukelbd/proplot) is a *comprehensive matplotlib wrapper for making beautiful, publication-quality graphics*. Is it be possible to include proplot in PyPlot? Or maybe this would require its own separate package? (I don't think I have the skills to make that...)
