Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 0x0 -- unknown function.... Failed to precompile PyCall to c:\users\administrator\.julia\lib\v0.6\PyCall.ji

Hi,

I am getting the following error when I call julia > using PyCall or julia> Pkg.test("PyCall").

Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 0x0 -- unknown function....
Failed to precompile PyCall to c:\users\administrator\.julia\lib\v0.6\PyCall.ji.

I tried different versions of Julia 0.4.5, 0.5.0,0.5.2,0.6,0.6.2. However on each version I am getting this issue. I tried to look into the earlier issue reported and tried those solutions provide; however it does not work.

Here is the configuration details:
Python version installed : python-2.7.amd64
Julia version tried: 0.4.5, 0.5.0,0.5.2,0.6,0.6.2

Environment variable set:
Path=";C:\Users\Administrator\Julia-0.6.0\bin\;C:\Python27\;"
PYTHON="C:\Python27\Python.exe"
OS: Windows Server Enterprise SP1 (64Bit)

Please let me know if anyone has any solution or can guide me on this.
