Hello, thanks for the work on this very useful package! When calling `reload("PyCall")` (either after importing or using the module) I'm getting a segfault. This occurs in the tagged 0.5.0 as well as the release-0.5 branch.

Reproduce the segfault by calling reload("PyCall") after importing or using PyCall, using the tagged 0.5.0 release or the release-0.5 branch. Done means reloading PyCall no longer causes a segfault in either case.
