Can't @pyimport cv2 (opencv), why? Same error both windows 7 as ubuntu 15.10

I have installed python 2.7.11 with anaconda and I installed openCV. in python I can use openCV, works perfect, just need to use import cv2.

With julia I get the following error both on ubuntu 15.10 as on windows 7:

Thus not by default all packages in python can be imported with julia?

Start by reproducing the reported @pyimport cv2 failure with Julia, PyCall, Python 2.7.11, Anaconda, and OpenCV on one supported environment. Compare the error with PyCall's Python package-loading behavior and document whether cv2 requires additional configuration or is unsupported.
