Description

It is very unclear how the input boxes work since they are a pretty new HTML feature. Should add a help page and some hover tool-tips to help explain usage for first time users. Could display help page for all new users and also provide link in Account section.

Research direction

Start by locating the Start Timing page and its input boxes, then inspect the Account section and the new-user flow. Done means first-time users can understand the inputs through a help page and hover tool-tips, with the help page shown to new users and linked from Account.
