Currently the two different "Register" shortcuts can be used to set whether or not to prompt for output format.
I'd like that to be more accessible. Also with #8 planned there will be another operation to add.
Consider supporting cascaded context menus so multiple functions can be exposed without adding even more clutter to the shell menus.
